Common to all Nextbase cameras is:
 

• Full HDMI with best picture and recording quality
• Very simple, multilingual user guide on the camera
• High data security even in case of a crash.
• Easy installation on the windshield, 12V connection or fixed installation
• Built-in rechargeable battery

Terms in brief:

• WDR - Wide Dynamic Range image processing: The ultimate video processing ensures you can record and view clearly on the brightest day and darkest night.
• G Sensor / File Protection: In the event of an impact the device will automatically 'protect' the recording stopping the file from being over-written. (Individual files can also be 'protected' when viewed within playback mode.)

• Motion Detection: The device will detect motion and start recording automatically, useful for car park surveillance.(Note: iN-CAR CAM needs a permanently live power source for this feature to function.)

• GPS Logger: GPS co-ordinates, date and time are recorded, the journey can then be viewed on map using the supplied PC / MAC playback software

• Wi-Fi: Support for smartphone connectivity, wireless download record file to smartphone

• LDWS (lane departure warning system) High Definition Output: Will warn you when you leave your lane unintentionally on motorways or countra roads. 

In addition to the above-mentioned functions, the resolution (image sensor, pixel), the lens system (recording angle, reflection filter) and the audio availability (microphone, loudspeaker) are important. For details, please refer to the operating instructions (see above).

• Windshield mount with car power cable
• USB data cable and user manual

Additionally available as accessories or as a set are:

• Nextbase SD card, e.g. Class 10 with 32 GB
• Nextbase Protective and storage case for cameras.
• AV or HDMI cable for watching the images on an external terminal (e.g., TV)
• 12V / 220V-powerbank for uninterrupted operation in the car and power supply on the road
   

You also have the possibility to permanently wire your dashcam in the car. For this you need our "Hardwire Kit" instead of the 12V cable.
